SMOOTHIE TIME: Ooh Girl... That is GOOD!

Good Afternoon!!

I'm trying to get back in the swing of making my healthy smoothies so this morning I made a fruit smoothie and omg it was so good! I'm going to share the "recipe" below but it's so simple that some of you might be like... "Omg! Is this girl serious? I make this all the time!" lol It was my first time throwing together this combo and it was so good! I actually gave Jacob (my nephew) a little bit and he started blushing so hard. It was cute, I wish I had a picture.

It was overflowing. opps!

I used a lot of frozen fruit. (Strawberries, blueberries, bananas) Maybe 2 cups. I'm not sure I just poured it in.
1 cup of apple juice
1/2 cup of water
It's so good it doesn't even need sugar.

I'm making this again tomorrow morning!
