Normally the morning after our Christmas parties, we host a breakfast for all of our family members who came into town. This year my aunt Gerri did the cooking and we were so thankful. There was a total of 58 people at the house!
There were 2 breakfast platters full of danishes, eggs, a 3 tier fruit tray with strawberries, grapes, and mangos, a variety of sausages, rolls, and french toasts.

On Saturday we hosted our 3rd annual Christmas party and we had a total of 112 people. There was a nacho station, a dessert table, a bar, and a buffet table. The dessert table consisted of cupcakes, Italian creme cake, carrot cake, coconut cake, red velvet cake, a variety of cookies, mini brownies, a sample pie that was made up of blueberry, cherry and peach pie, an apple pie, and a sweet potato pie. The nacho station had cheese, salsa, and spinach dip. The buffet table consisted of glory string beans with potatoes, baked and fried chicken, beef meatballs, sweet and sour meatballs, 2 Barbecue turkeys, corn, rice, turkey pastrami rolls, ham rolls, fruit trays, chicken salad, tossed salad, rolls, mini sausages, and seafood salad.
Thank you so much to everyone who pitched in and helped us with this party. We couldn't have done it without you all.
(I tried to make one big video but my video editor program wouldn't let me! Sorry.)
Yesterday we celebrated my cousin Johnny's 80th birthday. It was a joyous occasion with family and friends and everyone had an amazing time. Patricia and Darryl did a fantastic job hosting. I hope you had a great birthday and many more!
