My First Makeup Party Featuring Mary Kay

Yesterday I attended my very first makeup party and I must say, I had a good ol time. There was makeup and food... what more could a girl ask for? Our host was Helen and our consultant was Susan. First, Susan had us to try a few hand products and then we tried a lip scrub and balm. Then we each tried skin care products catered to our skin types. I tried the TimeWise Miracle Set for normal to dry skin and I LOVED it. I would recommend that to anyone with dry skin. It's so luxurious.

Afterwards we tried on the makeup. I ended up getting a CC cream in the shade Deep, a free hand cream, a lip scrub, and a lip balm. I liked everything! If you ever get the chance to go to a Mary Kay makeup party definitely attend. It's a lot of fun. Thank you Mrs. Helen and Susan.

By the way, I left my camera at home so here are some cell phone shots.

Y'all know I'm a foodie and had to take pictures!

Have you tried Mary Kay products before?

  1. The party was so much fun! Thank you Helen for inviting us; great host. Susan did a great job explaining all the products and my face felt like I had just had a spa treatment.

  2. Furthermore, you don't should be a cosmetics scientist - this is another regular legend. Festival glitter
